used dryer sheets in mine and then putin the sun...

used dryer sheets in mine and then putin the sun and the smell is gone. sometimes it is the oil mat in the bottom of the machine that has the smell and needs to be replaced

watch for your special featherweight. yes they are pricy but found mine at a church sale for 25.00 in working condition and ti=urned out to be a centenial. love that machine.
