Hi Watson, the way I got into blacksmith was shoeing horses. They always say stay away from white hooved horses, but I've found that to be true only part of the time, sounds like you have a good one....

I'm hoping the motor works so I can just keep it in the bentwood case. I'll get the wire ordered and replaced and keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks, didn't think of that. When I got the PFAFF I had my grandmothers singer treadle cabinet, It fit perfect. Do they make bases for 3/4 machines?
