    I put the border together like a nine patch blocks, then the bocks into one side of the quilt. That way you only have to worry about 3 seams matching at the most. if you make each border seperately...

    They used a big one at the quilt shop I used to work at. I found myself taking it off when teaching a class because it seemed like it covered up the numbers that i needed to use.
