    I have a crewel pillow that I did the crewel work but I still haven't made it into a pillow. The crewel work was done around 1975. :-) or should that be... :-(

    btiny36--I would have the shiny side of the Insul Bright facing the top of the runner. The shiny side reflects the heat back up so you would want the shiny side to reflect the heat towards the heat...
