    pulled the needle and it has been dremeled off to make it shorter so I guess i can work with that.....ill have lots more q's :)

    Thanks for the info....The needle in it was a round shank (as opposed to the original that had a flat on it which i dont have heh) and im assuming its something like the schmetz my1014b round shank...
