Problem with Husqvarna

I am wondering if I need to replaace the bobbin holder. I only use Husqvarana bobbins . I have all the material cut to make thiee face masks with friends waiting. My machine is only about 4 years...

I have loops of thread on the underside of my material.. This started once I changed thread. I have changed thread, bobbin thread, and needle. I have cleaned the bobbin area also. Was working...
