I usually don't do much smaller than 45 x 60......
I usually don't do much smaller than 45 x 60... it' a great size to snuggle under for a nap.... 45" square also works nicely.....

I often run into this problem when working with charity blocks made by many in a group. One of my favorites is to sash just 2 sides of the block.... with about a 2" finished sashing for a 12"...

Have you tried the Hobbs warm blend? I find it JoAnns when they do their 40 or 50 percent off. it is a thin batting... but not as stiff as the warm and natural.
