extras

I noticed as I get to the end of the strip set I'm left with a bit extra at the end and have been able to use for the extra neutrals. Glad to be putting them to good use.

Color

I have an old army blanket in the basement I could cut up but it’s a dark blue or black. Does the dark color matter?
If I washed and dried it would it leach color when ironing?
