I guess Christmas was a bust for many of us. We didn't decorate till late and only half of what we usually do. I think because of the money situation for all of us, had a big effect on our feelings....

I have found that using Halogen Bulbs in regular...
I have found that using Halogen Bulbs in regular lamps, works very well. They really put out a beautiful light that is not hot or faded.

It is called Remmicade. It really makes you loose so there is not much pain left and some movements are easier, such as reaching for something. It has really helped me.
