Welcome from one guy to another. I'm in the mountains of Colorado. Quilt in the winter, fish in the summer, hunt in the fall. In the spring, well, I take a nap.

Any man who doesn't appreciate a fine quilt here in the Rocky Moutains, well, he just deserves to stay cold. I love your Hubby's quilt--looks like a Soldier's Cot Quilt to me!!

Welcome from one of the guys on the forum. Quilting is easy. Buy some fabric, cut it into little tiny pieces and then sew them back together again. Easy.

I'm a guy, so I use my pocket knife--which I keep extremely sharp. I too, really hate ripping. Don't mind sewing it once--hate to do it twice..............

Great project and I'm happy everyone is jumping on board. The US Sanitation Committee did the same thing for soldiers in the hospitals during the Civil War. It worked then, it'll work now.
