Interesting, I had never heard the name abby rose until last fall. My neigbor's son's had a daughter and yes they named her Abby Rose. I think it is a beautiful name.

I do not get back ache per say but my back does get stiff when I sit to long. I have learned to do is go to my bed and lie down on my back and do leg stretches. This really helps with back stiffness...
