i think you will find you will have more than enough fabric, if you do not bias cut, and perhaps discover that you really do not have to....just french fold your binding....and you will be golden

You can buy acrylic at Home Depot and a scoring...
You can buy acrylic at Home Depot and a scoring knife and make your own templates, would recommend you make sure your sand your edges to make them smooth for both your hands and the fabric...

I like the Olfa brand rulers.....one major issue...
I like the Olfa brand rulers.....one major issue to keep in mind is DO NOT CLEAN them with acetone, it removes the markings....ask me how I know !!!! Got spray basting all over mine favorate 12 x...
