Do you have a zig zag stitch on that machine? It could be that the hook timing is not centered for a zig zag machine, or you have a burr on the rotary hook.

I know that problem. Unfortunately we can only buy with machines with jumbo bobbins or use thinner weight bobbin thread to get some extra mileage out of our bobbins.
