    They do have canned mangoes...look in the Mexican section of your grocery store. I love mangoes too but hate messing with the fresh ones.

    I have just taken a jar of dill pickles added sugar (about 1/2 cup to a gallon) stirred it till dissolved and put in the fridge. After several days I have sweet dill pickles.
