    I like the new color as well. It almost looks like beige to me, not glaring at all. Maybe all our computers are configured differently! We seem to be seeing different effects.

    By the way, the appliques on the quilt were fusible and I did machine buttonhole stitching on all of them in black - slow but easy! I don't do applique as much as I would like to - no patience!
