I use the Printed Treasures, then attach fusable...
I use the Printed Treasures, then attach fusable to the back. Cut with pinking shears to prevent raveling (there's minimal anyway). Iron to the back. DONE!!!

Looks to me like you forgot to put the presser foot back down. When lifted, it releases the tension disks. You have too much top thread coming through to the bottom, giving you the loops.
