I have found as in using Thangles, if you press the piece, which sets the stitches as well, and pinch the paper/material at the middle of the piece the paper comes off better.

I'm so jealous, this quilt has been on my list of to do's for a long time and some other project always gets in the way. Way to Go, absolutely beautiful. Great job piecing. I know it's difficult.

I just bought 3 of them at my local quilt store, I think that would be your best bet to find them. Very reasonable here, $1.50 each. I have used them already, they work great.

Thanks, I think I will try that, usually I like to wash my raggs after making them to give the edges a nice fluffy look. You method of cutting makes sense, I'm going to try it. thanks a lot.
