Why do you use a walking foot to sew your sashing and borders. I thought a walking foot was used for quilting like "stitch in the ditch". But cute, cute, cute quilt.

At my Joann's they have what is called "Wrap-N-Zap". It says on the bag Microwave Safe and 100% cotton. It is 45" by 1 yard. That's what I use for my bowl cozys.
