I did mine in all white and put a sewing border all around, 30" from the floor. It's very light and easy on the eyes....just my sewing machine light is enough unless it's a dreary day.

I made mine with cotton knit fabric, just cut out a 4" wide U shape - having the space as wide as you need it for your neck, plus about 2 inches, - and sewed all but 2 inches, stuffed it with pieces...
