Yes...you could use blocks in proportion with the size of the quilt you're going to make. If it's a single, use smaller blocks. If it's a king use large blocks.

NOT "regular" Elmer's glue. Make sure it's the "washable" school glue. It will wash out with presoaking when the quilt is washed. It does work great!
