I also just finished a quilt that I used bounce...
I also just finished a quilt that I used bounce sheets as the foundation, I traced the quilt pattern on the sheet, sewed it, sniped it and then turned it...the quilt smells so good....didn't know it...

I want to be in outer space....you having fun? I also have increased my binding to 3 inches that way I have enough to go around...

I too sew to the back first then flip to the front and I use the 3 stitch zig zag, but I have since bought a new machine and am really looking forward to using the decorative stitches....

I was in the same boat you are in a while back....I actually just purchased a husvarna viking sapphire 850....very nice machine....we bought it off ebay....it was scary but we did it....we paid 800...
