I paid $3499 for my Janome 8900 plus another $499.00 for the table it fits in. The price the dealer is offering for the Janome and the table is a great deal. I don't know anything about the Crescendo.

I use 16 quart plastic containers and lay the patterns sideways. I label the containers with the type of patterns in each. They can be stacked and stored with no problems.

Instead of tracing your pattern on interfacing, just use iron on interfacing on the back of the patterns. No need to trace and saves time. My patterns have lasted for years doing this.
