ergonomic sewing table

Has anyone made one of those ergonomic sewing tables with the blue foam insulation panels? Please tell us your experience if you have. I am thinking about doing it but need encouragement.

Would someone who owns this machine be willing to answer questions about it for me? I inherited this machine from my mother. She used it for all kinds of home dec but never used the embroidery part...
