    I always prewash, but now I am faced with a problem. I am doing a baby quilt with minke on the back. I am afraid to wash the minke because of all of the fraying etc. Anyone with aany advice?

    I also have the same machine and I had the same problem. I fixed the problem with not just good thread but long staple thread. I use and love King Tut.
