    I want to try the QAYG method so the backing will come to the front to be the sash. I figure the closer I get to the right size the easier it will be but as you said, the sashing will make the blocks...

    Finally! Got #26 done. It was a little small so I wet it down and stretched it. Close enough for who it's for. (me) Now on to #28.
