Its much easier to buy new at the other end. However, good luck selling what you have now. I've seen whole suites of furniture sell for $100 - $200 here at garage sales. There's not much market...

It definitely isn't! We're getting close to retirement and I feel like we don't have enough saved/invested. Husband is oblivious. It's definitely adding a lot of stress to my life!
