I make a folder on my computer for each boom...

I make a folder on my computer for each boom swap. In that folder I save the excel file, pictures of each fabric received, and blocks made and received.

Instead of using the microsoft mail merge, I go to www.avery.com (http://www.avery.com) and do it online. Select "design and print online" and then choose labels. Just put in the template number...
