Cold water to cover and drown beans
Boil for 20 mins turn off for 1 hour.
drain beans
Add cold water to drown Beans Again!
add 2 chop...

This is NOT a recipe but my parents live in Cailf and Because you could not get Butter everyone used Avocado as a spread on there toast!
