Well, the machine was dropped off for repair...

Well, the machine was dropped off for repair today. They have a 2 week backlog :( They quoted between $70-100 for the repair and suspect it's just gummed up.

Thanks shasta and Mickey. I tried pulling the knobs straight out before posting and they didn't budge. I was worried I would Hulk them right off the machine if I pulled too hard and end up breaking...
