The last quilt I glue basted had visible dried...

The last quilt I glue basted had visible dried glue spots from the front - a lot of white was in the top. When it was finished I threw it in the washer and no problems afterwards.

Thanks for your clear instructions. I am working on 12 place mats for my daughter for Christmas and used glue for the first time to baste those. I wondered how it would work for a larger project...
