Oh and I did the black rows with a walking foot, the rest with a free motion foot, that was a first. A couple were a bit wonky but once I got the rhythm it was just fine.

I followed instructions exactly but I think I didn't cut my templates consistently. Some were inside the line and some outside. Other than that I think it went together quite well for the first try....

I just got mine cut out and ready to stitch and had the block cut ready to go..the center of the block is not exactly where you want it to be, so I recut after I had the pieces ready, that worked...
