Take a 1 inch piece of material and iron it in half. (1/2 in) Place it between the two fabrics even with the edge of the material and sew the 1/4 inch seam.
With practice and straight cutting...

SPRING .... on a Customer's quilt

It was a wonderful relief to quilt this for a friend. I could almost see myself in my garden.
The applique tulips are traced and in the ninepatch I repeated the motif. Enjoy.
