I make the potato lefse - my mother always used...
I make the potato lefse - my mother always used butter for the oil. I use olive or or coconut oil. I use about 1/3 cup per lefse which is more than 1 Tbsp . That is a great link Rhaorth. thanks....

WOW ! What is lefse? It is a norwegian 'goodie'. It is rolled out like pie crust only thinner. You butter it and put white or brown sugar on it, roll it up and eat! Some also use it when eating...
