Its really easy to make them. Draw a circle...

Its really easy to make them. Draw a circle whatever size you want. ( I use a pie plate,pizza pan,or whatever) Fold it in half ,then fold again.Take a ruler and draw a line across the rounded edge...

They are 14 inches. The reason I didnt mention that is because it doesnt really matter,,yu can use whatever size octagon and steips yu choose. I was just showing the method.
