Thank you for all the wonderful comments but truly I'm not sure I deserve them. Cutting the confetti is really a non brainer and you can do it while talking, watching TV etc., just don't cut...

I took two close up photos,one of the white areas...

I took two close up photos,one of the white areas and one of her eyes, the tulle shows in the close ups but not on the quilt. I also attached a photo of the fabric snips before covering with tulle....
