I don't know if that would work, give it a try and let us know. I have kept the strip of paper that EQS puts in their bolt of wadding, it's about 4" wide. If stitching them together is a pain why...

I have kept the paper from the bolt of EQS Super soft polyester wadding, they put a strip in their rolls of batting it is a super size being a tad over 4". Try your local LQS as I would bet that...
