It takes class 66 bobbins, available at walmart, JoAnns or anywhere sewing stuff is sold. Get the metal ones, not the plastic ones.

It should be a singer 15. You can confirm that by looking for the location of the tension knob. The Singer 15 has it on the chrome faceplate, and it threads down the faceplate. Good sturdy machine!

I don't know any alternative ways to unfreeze irons, so I had to use a propane torch to loosen them up. It worked. Might bubble enamel if it is painted. Then let cool and lubricate them.
