Update...have sent 10 emails to Oliso since October 12, and they are not doing anything....Do I have to say I am not happy with them......$200 for a machine that lasted 15 months....

Pending on what Oliso does or doesn't do, I will go back to a simple $30 +/- Black and Decker Iron from Walmart, far less expensive door stop when it stops working.....

Expensive Oliso Pro Iron, not working properly....

So I waited and saved my money and last July purchased a Oliso Pro Iron for just under $200. Long learning curve but grew to love it, especially the fact that it didn't turn it self off for 30...
