Hi Johans, I know this was a question last March so don't know if you found what you needed or not.
My husband makes & sells the foam core boards, acid free, you can order any size you want from him...

Hi sweetie,
I know this sounds bad mentioning ACID but they don't have any ACID in them.This is the type you look for to keep your fabrics like new.
Acid free means it won't harm your fabrics...
