It is from a website called Quilts 2 Bee (as in bumble bee) Stitched. They have a ton of designs & if you click on the design that you like you get a page or two of instructions. Easy but tedious...

Thank you everyone for all the kind comments. This pattern is from the 1920's & 30's. I just happened to see it as part of a group of patterns on the Net & liked it so much I wanted to make one.
