From what I've seen around here folks think these things age like fine wine and command big prices. What they don't realize is it ages more like junk and should be priced accordingly :)

Rodney, sometimes plain water and a light buffing...
Rodney, sometimes plain water and a light buffing with a rag will also remove sprayed on paint. You may have to touch up the finish afterward but you would probably have to do that anyway.

Unless the head was prepped (sanded) the paint (most likely latex or acrylic since it looks sprayed on with a spray can) should wipe off. If it was sanded the decals are most likely toasted anyway....
