It looks so much better cleaned up. I'm glad I took before photos thought, because I accidentally "cleaned" off the red ink with the date stamp. uh-oh!

Now to try to drill out the spool holders...

No worries, I'm not throwing it out! I bought it for me. Just wasn't sure if it was worth putting a bunch of money into repairs.

Vintage Singer 680 U - got info?

I found one of these at a thrift shop. Some of the plastic housing is broken, especially around the bobbin winder and the two spool holders are snapped off. I can't find much about this model...
