I won't be making templates. I'll do the regular paper piecing way by sewing on the paper. But I think I will cut out pieces of the fabrics ahead of time for each section and then can make it easier...

I've done only a few paper pieced project...my avatar for example and I was a "chunker" with that one. But with this I may cut the pieces out ahead of time to make it a little earlier less messy.
