You will need to get the flywheel and pedal...

You will need to get the flywheel and pedal assembly for the treadle if you wanted to put it back to being a treadle model. But you can keep it electric if you want but need to get the wiring checked...

Nice machine but it is a Singer 127 VS machine. It just has the wrong manual with the machine.

I wish I was closer because I would get it from you in a heartbeat!!
