Tomorrow when I get home from work, I will get a sample block made up with scraps to show what the tutorial said to do and what I did :) then it is just a matter of rotating the blocks to get that...

Thanks everyone, I was afraid that gold and green were not going to look good, but when I got it done it looked spectacular. :) so lesson here, dont worry if you dont love the colors, just go for it....
