I used it for SITD and stippling around some cat-i-tude cats. The only problem I had was using black thread on black fabric. very hard to see. I had no breakage using it. (Handiquilter Simply 16).

I just got this one...

I just got this one https://www.oliso.com/mini-iron/ from quilt in a day. Problem is, the 'handle' gets hot. I did have it on the hottest setting. I haven't tried it at a lower heat setting.
