I don't know Kenmore models well. This is from a Vibrating shuttle. top views don't show the hardware. mebbe front and rear might help. Does yours have angles like a F117 fighter plane?

Hair dryer can be used to melt old lube out of the way. I just serviced a Huskvarna Viking that was stuck in reverse and the dial for zz would not turn. Heat was my best tool to loosen it up.

I would be considering going to a belt driven 15 and a bigger motor. May be a whole lot easer. or switching hand wheels on your 15-91 to a belt drive. Not that I have done it.
