Yep, don't refrigerate bread. It actually is better to freeze it. I just slice it before freezing and just take out the slices a bit before I use it. Can toast it or even just let it sit for a bit...

I agree with this...
But if I kept the yellow I would lose the paler orange with sort of sun bursts above the darker orange area. They do not seem to blend with the yellows.
