I have quilted a couple of queen size on my Bernina 430. It is pretty tight, but doable. I used a stencil pattern-it seemed easier to have something to follow in such a tight space.

If you are looking for the same pattern as Winter Quilt, the original panel for that quilt was the Wolfsong Panel. The pattern is by Lisa Moore from Quilts with a Twist in Sitka AK. Hope this helps
