Sometimes I use rye bread, season with ground up dried mushrooms and dill and sub sour cream for the tomato sauce for a stroganoff flavored meatloaf.

Usually I just use whatever bread I have...

I didn't want to put in that much butter either. I use a well trimmed tri tip roast and only half the amount of butter. Sometimes I add some of the juice from the jar of peppers. It's still nummy....

Best patterns for 20" quilt as you go blocks?

I'm thinking about making a quilt for my husband who is very hard on quilts and bedspreads. So I'm thinking lots of scrappy, medium to dark and bright colors with a ton of quilting.

Any ideas?...

I have a GFG hanging around that I still haven't quilted yet.

I have backing picked out and also binding strips are made.

I bought a hoop frame but just can't face that...

I just slice up San Marzano tomatoes real thin and sprinkle onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper and herbs on it before putting cheese and other toppings on.
